YELLOW DAMPIERA. Dampiera luteiflora is an inland species. Its range is north as far as Sandstone, west to Watheroo, south to Lake Cronin and east to Kalgoorlie.

In the Westonia Common it was growing with the similarly hairy Dampiera tomentosa. D. tomentosa has a blue flower in which the petals are far less divided and more frilly than those of D. luteiflora in which the petals are deeply divided and not frilly.
